CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!

DC PROJECTS

NEW! DESIGN FOR CHILDREN: DAYCARE PROJECT

There are a large number of child care centers in Washington DC that are located in low-income neighborhoods who operate from outdated or sub-standard facilities. The mission is to identify existing child-care centers in DC in need of improvement and offer design solutions that will promote improved experiences for the children and staff of these centers. When children have access to well-designed day-care facilities it can help promote proper early childhood development and improve chances for advancement later in life.

If you are interested in learning more about this project or possibly volunteering, contact the person listed directly below and they will inform you of the kick-off meeting.
